Job Description

  1. Acquisition Support
  • Assist in the creation and management of offers, bonuses, and landing pages to drive player engagement.
  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks on affiliate trackers and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Perform site audits to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
  • Maintain tracker hygiene and audits to enhance efficiency.
  1. Operational Support
  • Handle affiliate queries and engage with forums to foster strong partnerships.
  • Maintain and update My Affiliates platform, responding to notifications and support tickets.
  • Manage Jira tickets to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to brief in campaigns and promotional material.
  • Ensure compliance standards are met across acquisition operations.
  • Assist in mass mailer campaigns to communicate key offers and updates.
  1. Adhoc Responsibilities
  • Landing Pages, Bonuses & Systems:
    • Upload and maintain landing pages, providing feedback on the best-performing pages.
    • Assist with bonus configurations on CMS and provide insights on top-performing bonuses.
    • Maintain and update CMS to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Media Library Management:
    • Upload and maintain the Media Kit for affiliate partners.
    • Coordinate with the Marketing Team for creative asset requests.
    • Ensure My Affiliates Media Library is up to date and accessible.

Requirements

✔️ Matric (High School Diploma).
✔️ Minimum of 3 years' experience in the iGaming industry.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Bonus Points If You Have:

➕ Previous experience in a similar role.
➕ Knowledge of digital marketing tools and affiliate marketing.
➕ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
